Hover/Selection Language

Outlines
Every interactable element now shows a clear white hover outline (even the moon!) and a thicker one when you select it.
The colours for interactable/menu elements were also moved away from being player team coloured to a neutral grey to help differentiate them as interactable elements (albeit in the world space), and given context rim colours to keep a more consistent visual language (and move away from things just being plain grey).
